3) Whilst you own the actual painting on the paper known as the ORIGINAL IMAGE, I still retain copyright of the actual painting which means it cannot be published or commercially reproduced by you or anyone else unless we have entered a prior agreement stating otherwise.
4) All paintings are signed and dated by me.
5) I do not licence paintings (to a third party) for reproduction or make copies of any sort there are no un-authorised copies anywhere.
